Shoes

Vinyl shoes with ankle strap that buttoned came in black, white, red, lavender and yellow (last two very rare).
Red vinyl shoes are fairly rare. See Photo
Formals and ballet outfits came with cloth satin slippers with cardboard soles. Ballet slippers had ribbons. Here is an image with a pair of red ballet slippers.
Raincoats and 'At the Ranch' had satin or suede-like boots
One outfit sometimes came with pom-pom boots.
Sandals made with elastic and a rhinestone and slippers came with some nightclothes and swimsuits.
