New single, New album...
The Hoodoo Gurus' awesome headlining performances on the national Big Day Out tour are the perfect reminder of what the guys can deliver
and that's exactly what they do on their forthcoming new album 'Mach Schau'.
The first single to be lifted from the album is "Nothing's Changing My Life" which will be released on February 9. It's a perfect piece of classic Hoodoo Gurus rock that was jointly produced by Kim Salmon and the band, and is at radio now.
As a special teaser this weekend, The Sunday Telegraph is giving readers the exclusive opportunity to get a copy of 'Nothing's Changing My Life' ahead of the instore date, with the inclusion of the track on their "Proudly Australian" CD which celebrates Australia Day 2004. Free with this weekend's The Sunday Telegraph, the CD also features Paul Kelly's 'Won't You Come Around?', Alex Lloyd's '1000 Miles' and The Living End's 'Tabloid Magazine' as a representation of some of the best artists in Australian music. Each track featured is the current or forthcoming single from these artists, so it's the perfect opportunity to own the best in Australian music, free this weekend with The Sunday Telegraph, your favourite Sunday newspaper.
'Mach Schau' was recorded in Sydney during 2003 and also features vocals from Renee Geyer, Vanetta Fields and Vicki Peterson (from the Bangles no less!).
