INTRODUCTION

 This reference guide consists of up-to-date (i.e. 1996-1999) citations concerning cataloging and managing intellectual access to electronic resources (i.e. internet and remote access computer files), as well as the future of cataloging in general. Some older resources are included for historical and background purposes.
