  1. stochastic-models-in-c is a simple C implementation of the Gillespie algorithm and statistical computations for discrete-state-space, continuous-time Markov chains with a few components. This was developed jointly with Professor Andreas Hilfinger, Nobuaki Masaki, and Zhehao Zhang during our time at the Fields Institute (summer 2019). Some of this is designed to run on the Compute Canada computing clusters (Graham and Niagara, which is the 69th-largest supercomputer in the world).
