My wife Rachel (nee Slote) and I were married on November 17, 2001 in North Bay, Ontario. Rachel is working at home to become a childbirth educator, somehow finding time to study in a very busy house.

Our daughter Calliope (kah-lie-ah-pee) Eleanor Faye has recently is about to turn six and complete kindergarten. She has become quite the reader/writer, but has decided to be an artist when she grows up.

Our son, Nova Kozmik Darwin Brown (no, seriously) is growing up quickly. He recently turned two having already learned his alphabet and numbers. He loves playing with trucks and trains, and is an expert at finding hummingbirds
