Subject: Morrissey page

Jen,

I was just taking a 10 minute break from work today to set up a "free" home page. I just put in a little welcome message, and I wanted to find a good picture to throw in. Of course, the only thing that seemed fitting was my hero, Morrissey. I wound up at your page from the link at http://www.moz.net/links.htm.

The Smiths/Morrissey albums were my bible for several years, including a few at U-M!!

Love, peace, and harmony.

Say, you didn't by any chance go to Westmont Hilltop High School for a time, did you? If not, just ignore me as I'm probably confused (as usual). Otherwise, how are you doing? I hit your web page in a search for Mountain Dew resources (what a surprise).

Best wishes,

Subject: It's been about 4 months, I think!

Hello Jennifer;

My name is Michael P. Giel. I live in Canada - Toronto, Ontario to be percise. I spoke with you about 4 or 5 months ago. I initially found you (your page) while looking for something else on the net and gave you a brief little run down of what I can remember about the Giel clan that I am exposed to up here in the great white north! You responded the next day and returned the favour, telling me many things about your family. Your ancestors came from a northwest German region that now resides in France. Your family has always followed a pattern of many, many children - most of all american Giels reside in the Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh) area, which I actually already knew.

I just wanted to drop in and see what you were up to - I see that your pic has changed on your web page. As always, Jennifer, you are stunningly beautiful - it must have something to do with the name! Hey, come on now...GIELS ARE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!!!! I see that you are still plugging away at school. Good for you.

I hope that you accomplish all that you hope to this summer, Jennifer, and all the best to you and yours! Please feel free to drop me a line sometime. I am sure that you will hear from me at a later time,

Until then and, as ever;

Take care, you crazy, fun-loving microbiologist, you!

Michael P. Giel

Subject: German meaning

So, from your web page, what does the common misspelling in German mean. I'm interested. Let me have it, I'm not fragile.

Thanks, J.L. Giel
