Quake 2 Evolved v3 repacked with Buzzard

1. Install Quake II
2. Update to Quake II v. 3.20
3. extract q2e_Buzzard_02-01-2009.zip into Quake II main directory

5 edit baseq2\q2econfig.cfg to your resolution

seta r_customWidth "1440"
seta r_customHeight "900"

6. create a shortcut for q2e.exe



Troubleshooting:

1. In the Main Game directory double click openal.exe
2. in the directory \baseq2 delete q2econfig.cfg or rename it q2econfig.cfg.BAK.txt
3. Star q2e with the shortcut you created
4. edit baseq2\q2econfig.cfg to your resolution

5. Start q2e and configure the game using the menue



q2e support .ogg music.

1, Rip the tracks from your instal disk
2. name them track02, track03, track04, ... track31 ( if you have all 3 install disks )
3. put the .ogg files in a directory \music and zip the directory naming it music.pk2
4. put the file music.pk2 into the directory \baseq2
