Improve your turkey decoys action

I have used several types of turkey decoys over the years and I seem to like the Feather-Flex type decoy the best.  They are constructed of a light weight material that folds up for carrying and spins in the wind.  This decoy can be improved greatly by allowing it to spin AND THE BASE TO GYRATE around the center axis.  Start by finding the center balance point of the decoy, this is just behind the original washer (this pic shows the washer on TOP of the decoy, it is just an example.  The washer goes INSIDE the decoy).  Punch or cut a hole at that location.  Glue a washer up inside the top of the decoy, which the stake goes into to hold up the decoy (other end into the ground).  Finally, cut around the bottom of the decoy where the stake use to go through.  You can make it as large as you want.  This large opening allows the decoy to to gyrate around the base pole while still going around in circles as the wind blows.  Now you have double the action!!
