When you sign you site up, when we get three sites, we have you fighting for a week. There are three basic levels, and three will compete in each. We will need nine sites to start. Say, 'Joe's Cool Webplace, The world, and Moonglade (samples)' are in the first round, Jack's home, Sun, Rain of tears are in round two, Games World, One little rainbow, and Hillside were in three. Say The world got enough votes to go to two. Joe's Cool WebPlace rematched. And Moonglade dropped out. Now the rematched one in two, competes with Joe's Cool Webplace and the dropped one from three. So and and they get to three. The winner gets the award.
