Lets build one....

bp2a.jpg (18500 bytes) Print out the plans from WHIP! and draw them to scale.  Cardboard is more durable as a template.

Lay them out on a sheet of galvanized metal which is available in most hardware stores.

Obviously, I'll get several feeders from this  $7.33 piece of sheet metal.  Don't choose a gauge that is too thick, or it may be hard to cut by hand. The body can be of heavier gauge since it only requires 2 folds and some holes.  This makes the "frame" stiffer.

bp2b.jpg (21770 bytes) Template is copied onto the metal for cutting.  Use a permanent marking pen with a fine point. The bottom Left "frame" piece can be laid out and cut from a heavier gauge if you desire.
