bp1b.jpg (24594 bytes) Use a good pair of tin snips, or other cutters to cut out the shapes.   Use a piece of metal (as a straight edge - [the gold piece]), or a vise to help bend the shapes.  A straight edge seem's to work better than a vise. The 1/4" piece of metal used as a counter weight does NOT have to be rivited in.  I used JBWeld and it was fast and easy.  You do have to drill a hole for the rivet that holds the triangled flap in place though.
