      Without changing the setting on the compound, use the cross slide to move the depth stop out of the way, and slide the tail stock back to get the drill bit out of the way.  Then insert a .25 ACP cartridge in the almost-finished breech plug.

      Carefully clean any chips off the shoulder of the jig, then slide the collar on until it seats against the shoulder.
