ISCAN eye tracker

This head-mounted eye tracker is equipped with a high speed camera and a head tracking component. This allows for automated data analysis with unrestricted head movements. Right now, this equipment is being used to monitor gaze over related pictures as participants listen to sentences. In the near future, we plan to engage pairs of participants in a more naturalistic, conversational task.

RT Facilities

Four running rooms each house a computer station for collecting reaction time data, judgment data, etc. These computers are equipped with E-Prime experimental software, microphones for collecting verbal responses, and button boxes for collecting manual responses.

Other eye tracking facilities (reading)

Richard Lewis, who shares the psycholinguistics lab, maintains an SMI eye tracker designed for reading studies. We also have a Dr. Bouis eye tracker that will soon be replaced.
