I teach courses in Organizational Theory, Economic Sociology, Innovation,
Science, Technology, & Society, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Research Methods at both the undergraduate and doctoral level.
My current undergraduate teaching is primarily focused around topics relating to leadership and collaboration. In my capacity as Director of the Barger Leadership Instittue, I facilitate the Leadership Fellows Program. I also teach a course series that is designed to introduce early stage undergraduates to key topics in leadership through a combination of traditional lectures in the arts and sciences core curriculum and experiential, project-based work.
