Law 897: How to find the Wall Street Journal articles in the assignment

This week’s assignment includes links to four Wall Street Journal articles. Some of those articles are behind the Wall Street Journal paywall. If you subscribe to the Wall Street Journal online, you won't have a problem. If you don’t, you can read Wall Street Journal articles using the Law Library’s subscription to the Wall Street Journal via Proquest. If you are reading the assignment on a University Computer, the second link (to "another copy") will take you directly to the Wall Street Journal article via Proquest. (You may need to sign in with your uniquename and kerberos password.) If you are using your own computer, the link will probably take you to the Proquest search page. Click on the "Advanced search" option immediately above the search box. Type "Wall Street Journal" into the first box and then select the "Publication Title —PUB°" field right next to it. From there you can search for the article you are looking for by title or date.

You can also reach the Wall Street Journal by going through the Law Library home page. Type "Wall Street Journal" into the blue Law Library Catalog box, and click the search button. The electronic version of the Wall Street Journal will be the first source on the list. Click on the link that says

"ABI/INFORM Global
Jan. 02, 1984-
more info"

You will find yourself at the Proquest search page for the Wall Street Journal.

You can search for the articles by title or browse full issues by date. Here are titles and dates for the four articles included in this week’s assignment:
