John Johnston


Jack Johnston was born 13 March 1923 in Belfast, Northern Ireland and died October 14, 2003 in Irvine from complications of Parkinson's disease. The family asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the National Parkinson Foundation Inc., 1501 N.W. 9th Ave./Bob Hope Road, Miami, Fla. 33136-1494; or to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 10850 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 730, Los Angeles 90024-4319.
