UM Gift of Life

  • A great new student organization on campus that educates the community about the need for organ donations.
  • I might just happen to be a co-founder of this club.... You should stop by one of our meetings or email me to find out how to get involved.
Circle K (Won the 1998, 2000 & 2002 Outstanding Student Organization Award, Michigan Leadership Awards)
  • This is a great community service organization. There are about 150 members so there are plenty of new people to meet.
  • No matter what kind of community service you want to do you can find it through Circle K, because you can do community service when it's convenient for you. They have a wide variety of projects all the time.

Michigan Journal of Political Science

  • Founded to create a forum for undergraduate and graduate students to publish superior papers.
  • Published biannually by undergraduates at the University of Michigan.
  • I redesigned their website and currently maintain it.

Office of New Student Programs

  • The Office of New Student Programs (ONSP) runs New Student Orientation.
  • I worked for them as Summer Orientation Leader which was a wonderful experience as I was able to help transition next year's incoming class.
  • Lots of Mafia and euchre!

East Quad Governing Assembly

  • Empowering students to enrich the lives of East Quad Residents
  • East Quad Student Government
  • It's fun appropriating money
  • 1,000 elementary students and 1,000 university students are pen pals!
  • It's a great way to positively impact kids!
  • Best of all it's fun!
  • They organize days of community service in honor of certain individuals.
  • Community Plunge, MLK Day, and Gandhi Day!
  • Imagine 400 U of M students working together. It's a lot of fun and you can meet a lot of great people!
  • What are you doing over Spring Break?
  • Why not take this time to promote social change and build new friendships?
  • You can do intensive community service over spring break!!!
  • The groups travel all across the country, from Florida to Texas.
  • And work with issues such as: poverty, hunger, violence, environmental destruction, and more.
