At school the next morning, Miki and Yuu are walking together and Yuu is complaining because he doesn't want to go to the camera test today. He says that it is all Miki's fault since she said she wanted him to be in the commercial. She stops him and asks if he is going to get involved with Suzu. He calls her an idiot for even thinking that and that he has no intention of getting involved with Suzu. She then feels better and smiles. Ginta sees them from behind walking and talking and at first is a little sad then he gets his resolve up and goes and slaps them on the back. They talk about the tennis match coming up and how Ginta's cousin, Rokutanda, will challenge Ginta. They all do a Rokutanda pose and everyone laughs.
After school, at the tennis match, Rokutanda does exactly that. He challenges Ginta and the loser has to shave his hair like a monk (big surprise!). Rokutanda brags about how much he has improved and how he will beat Ginta this time. Ginta walks away. Rokutanda gets angry.
Ginta is hiding behind a building when Arimi shows up. He invites her to the tennis court but she says that Rokutanda will be there and she doesn't want to see him. She then notices how cheerful he is. He says that he is happy and asks how she is doing. She looks away sadly.
They sit down and Ginta says that he is happy Miki and Yuu are a couple. He says that when they were not a couple, he was jealous because he didn't know for sure what everyone's feelings were. He is still a little jealous but that he and Miki are very good friends. Arimi says that she, too, is not jealous of Miki but that she just can't get over Yuu not returning her love. She is very sad. Ginta gets ready to comfort her when Rokutanda shows up. Miki is right behind him to tell Ginta that his turn is up. Arimi walks away. Rokutanda tells how he has tried to get over Arimi but just can't. Miki and Ginta walk away from him.
At the photo studio for the trial shoot with Yuu, Suzu watches from the background. Yuu poses and impresses everyone. Suzu runs out to hug him and everyone is stunned. She explains that a photo shoot would be better with both of them in it.
In the meantime, Miki says how proud Ginta looks. He says of course. He just beat Rokutanda 3 straight games. They see Arimi and he watches her. Miki notices and teases him about it. He leaves. She tells Yuu about it at home and they both hope that Ginta and Arimi become a couple. They start teasing and then kiss.
In the next scene, Miki and Meiko are talking about how insecure Miki is about Suzu. Meiko tells her that Yuu is devoted to her and that Miki has nothing to worry about. Miki then asks about Nachan and Meiko remembers her time with him.
Back at the studio, Suzu runs up to Yuu and hugs him again. Yuu is obviously uncomfortable.
