Taking the ferry from Baikal back to Irkutsk via the Angora (just around the bend).

James Henderson

I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Palapattu lab at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer center.

As a PhD student in Statistics at the University of Michigan. I worked with George Michailidis on statistical methods for estimating and reconstructing biological networks using high-throughput genomic, proteomic and metabolomic data.

I continue to work on developing and applying methods for understanding the functioning of biological processes and their association with disease onset and progression. Some of my technical interests include: network modeling, opitimization and MCMC over DAGs, and parameter estimation for dynamic system models.
