This is probably old news for people who have a life (unlike me, who has pretty much been cooped up in my research lab and consumed with trying to finish my research group's design of a test chip by our deadline), but I just found out that Nintendo^® has renamed their upcoming gaming console from the Nintendo Revolution to the Nintendo Wii (pronounced "wee"... yeah, you heard me correctly). I thought that "Revolution" was a bit melodramatic and corny, but "Wii" is just plain silly. At least the gaming console's CPU that was designed by IBM^® (and which I was a part of the core design team) is still named "Broadway"....
