Cleaned Up My CSS Code

I've made some tweaks to my CSS layout, in part to make the CSS code a little cleaner, and also to attempt to try and see why my CV wasn't being displayed correctly in Mozilla. It seems that I had my Mozilla® browser window too narrow, and if I make the window a little wider, it actually looks correct. Boy, do I feel sheepish.
