  • Worked with graduate students and a faculty member on presently ongoing research that deals with the 3-D computer modeling of proteins and attempting to predict protein folding conformations that are seen in nature, given an arbitrary sequence of amino acids.
  • Performed scientific research using C and C++, translated C programs into object-oriented C++.
  • Learned to use specialized computer languages, specifically SVL (Scientific Vector Language).
  • Extensive exposure to manipulation of computer-generated objects in a 3-D workspace.
