Full stand - Judges on left, tech panel on right
Tech Panel - 2 accountants, DEO, TC, TS, ATS, VR (plus observers) on right hockey box with plenty of room.
Judges - 6 judges and referee, again with plenty of room.

Steps at end of hockey box. The platform is about 8 inches below the top of the dasher board.
Regular banquet tables setup on platform. Skirting on tables hid cables running from top of table to floor.
Cables tucked in gap between platform and dasher board. Blocks screwed onto platform to prevent tables from creeping into the gap and tipping towards the ice.
