A single parchment sheet, dated 1 May 1589, a schedule of persons in Southwark, including St Saviour, whom the tax commissioners certify have either died, departed or conveyed their goods elsewhere, and thus the collectors are unable to collect the sums assessed against them for the second payment of the subsidy levied by Parliament on 7 March 1587.  The document includes names from St Saviour (including Clink Liberty and Paris Garden), St Olave, St Thomas, and St George.  Only names from St Saviour are included here.  Further details
