With
increasing interest in Engineering, a three story brick building with an
attic was completed in 1886. Not long
after it was occupied, expansion became necessary. Two wings were added along with a tower
containing a water tank.[101]
These wings were later extended to the South in 1900. The building housed shops, research
laboratories, and drawing rooms.[101]
The entire
structure was razed in 1956.[107] |
