The Outpatient Clinic was
constructed just east of Old Main Hospital (demolished) at
the cost of $3,836,717. Designed by
Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill of New York and constructed by Jeffress-Dyer Inc. of Washington D.C,.
the seven story, light-brown brick building was
completed in 1953.[61] The building helped consolidate specialized
clinics and create additional teaching space.
The Outpatient Clinic is now Med Inn.[107]
