Originally home to the Homeopathic Medical College, North Hall was completed in 1900 at the cost of $80, 306.50.[78]  At the time, it could hold 140 beds.  The Homeopathic Medical College remained in this building until it was dismantled in 1922.[78]  It remained a hospital until 1949 until the ROTC program moved in, and still remains there today.[78]

Designed by Stanton and Kirby, the building forms a T shape, with the back wing extending over the edge of a hill.  The building is three stories from the front, but has an occupied walk-out basement from the back.[78]  The building sits at angle facing North University Avenue.
