This small two story brick structure was barely more
than a workshop. Built in 1882, it had
a foundry, forge shop, engine room, and machine shop. [72]
Because it became overcrowded shortly after it opened, a small wooden
addition was added. The building
remained on that location until 1887 until it was removed for an addition to
the Engineering Laboratory.[72] |
