Located just
north of Randall Laboratories, this three story building with a basement was
completed in 1903.[103] It is rectangular in shape, and has an
interior courtyard to let in light throughout the building. The lower story has an exterior of
fieldstone with the upper two stories faced with a light brown colored
brick. This Renaissance style building
was designed by Spier and Rohns
