Last weekend, all of the Butler University visiting students throughout England and Scotland migrated back to where it all began - London. Our program people set us up with hotels to stay in, dinners at some nice restaurants, and a dinner-costume party cruise on the Thames at night. Quite a lot of students turned up and we had a great time, hangovers aside...

I bussed into London on Friday with one of my best pals Lindsay...this is just before we got on the bus and just after the bus driver went off on a rant about how chicken whoppers were banned from the bus. So we wolfed our food down in true american style.

Okay, so it's only a 100 minute bus ride to get to London. But being an Oxford student and having a busy social life means that you will nap whenever possible.

Friday night we re-united with all our US-brethren for dinner at Quod Restaurant, then headed out to hit the London nightlife in small groups of our own. This is myself, Linds, and our friend Blair, who studies at a university in London, wandering the streets at night.

Mike (who studies at LMH with me, lives just a few doors down) joined our trio and we decided to pre-party at Blair's dorm room. So this is us, having a good time. :-D

So I don't have any photos from our actual night out (long story!), but we ended up at Burger King to resolve our munchies. A time-series of Lindsay - Serious contemplation of french fries, laughing at something (Blair or myself no doubt), and then threatening me if I ever posted these pictures. Hehehe...

Night #2 - Costume Party!

London exhausts me, time to go home!
