A gorgeous picture of a rather out of the way residential part of Brugge...was so incredibly pristine here early in the morning (yes, I didn't just lie in bed all day...i only do that at university/home)!
Yeah...can't go to Belgium without indulging in the chocolates. Spent plenty of money on this box, but damn were they good...thinking about them now makes me want to plan a trip back there sometime soon...

Chocolates aside, the other stereotype I had to investigate was the Belgian Waffle. I may never eat another waffle again...this one was perfection. Beyond perfection, if such a thing can exist. Didn't even need a topping, it was almost caramelized on the outside and...well, it's too hard to describe. Drool-worthy.
