                      New Library Inspector Appointed:

                                Kathy Brazee

Kathryn Brazee recently joined the Library Programs Service as a depository
library inspector. Ms. Brazee came to LPS from the University of San
Francisco Gleeson Library/Geschke Center, where she was a documents
librarian for the past five years. Prior to this, she was a graduate
student assistant in the University of Washington Government Publications
unit while she was at the university receiving her Master of Librarianship.
Other experience includes employment and library directed fieldwork at U.S.
Department of State agencies. Her undergraduate degree is from Lewis and
Clark College in History and French Studies.
