             New Library Inspector Appointed: Charles Bradsher

 Charles Bradsher has recently joined the Library Programs Service as a
 depository library inspector. Mr. Bradsher came to LPS with 6 1/2 years
 experience as a library director. Most recently he was the Library
 Director of the Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) in Bethesda, MD. As
 the Director of the NMRC Library, Mr. Bradsher worked with the Walter
 Reed Army Institute of Research Library Director to make the largest
 military research library in the Nation. Prior service included four
 years as the Library Director at Sherman College in Spartanburg, SC.
 Bradsher received his M.L.I.S. from the University of South Carolina and
 his B.A. in History from The Citadel.
