Compressed Mortality, 1999-2004 Request

The Compressed Mortality database contains mortality and population counts for all U.S. counties. Counts and rates of death can be obtained by cause of death, state, county, age, race, sex, and year. More informationQuick Start Guide

Note: This screen allows you to request data for the years 1999 - 2004 only, with the underlying cause of death specified with ICD-10 codes. To request data for preceding years, see Mortality for 1979 - 1998 with ICD 9 codes. For more information, refer to Why Two Query Pages?


Make all desired selections and then click any Send button one time to send your request.

Click a round button to choose locations by State or by Region.Year
