Correction to ANTS-V.11-#2-02/29/04,to add "2003" after "September" and delete "20." An error occurs in the coverage dates in the preface to this volume. It reads: "This publication covers Board decisions issued from May 18, 1995 through March 10, 1999..." The correct dates of coverage are March 1999 through September 2003. Libraries should make manual corrections, as the document will not be re-issued. A note will be added to the catalog record.
