           SPRING 2001 COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD IN SAN ANTONIO

   The spring 2001 Depository Library Council meeting will be held
   April 1-4, in San Antonio, Texas, at the Four Points Hotel
   (Riverwalk North, 110 Lexington Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78205). The
   preliminary agenda for the meeting will be published in January.

   A limited number of rooms at the Four Points Hotel are available at
   $91 (plus tax) per night single and $111 (plus tax) per night
   double. This rate will be honored through March 1, 2001. For
