 Dear Depository Librarian:

 The Library Programs Service (LPS) was apprised by the Library of
 Congress that the Cataloging Service Bulletin, No. 86 should not have
 been distributed to depository libraries. The Library of Congress has
 advised us that the publication is for internal use only.
