 Dear Depository Librarian:

 The Library Programs Service (LPS) was apprised by the Social Security
 Administration that the Fast Facts and Figures about Social Security
 should not have been distributed to depository libraries. Social Security
 Administration has advised us the publication was released without being
 proofed and has errors.

 Descriptive information on this publication:

 I am requesting that you immediately withdraw this publication and
