   Dear Depository Librarian:

   The Library Programs Service (LPS) was recently apprised by the
   Office of Legal Education, Department of Justice that Courtroom
   Evidence, September 1998, was not intended for public release. The
   publication contains copyrighted material from commercial
   publications and the agency did not secure copyright release for
   distribution of the publication outside the Department of Justice.

   Descriptive information on the publication:

   I am requesting that you immediately withdraw the publication and
