About Denis:
I'm a BIG fan of Denis Leary... For those of you who can't think who he
is off-hand, he has starred in Judgement Night (as the main Bad
Guy), Gunmen (as one of the main Bad Guys), The Ref (as
the Bad Guy who kidnapped the married couple at Christmas Time), The
Sandlot (He had a small part in this, and actually WASN'T a bad guy,
to my knowledge), Demolition Man (Played Edgar Friendly, who
started off seeming to be a bad guy, but turned out not to be at the
end) and his well-known one-man show, No Cure For Cancer , which
has also been released in book and CD/cassette form. He started out
doing those commercials on MTV, where there's this pissed-off raving
lunatic, guy obsessed with Cindy Crawford (that's him) and later did a Nike
commercial or two ("I think you hear me knockin', and I think I'm comin'
in...")
It finally happened! Denis Leary's new one-man show, "Lock 'N Load,"
is premiering on Saturday, 15 November 1997 at 10 PM EST on HBO! Click here to go to HBO's
