Clinical history
The patient is a 54 year old man with a history of MI one month ago.
Cath findings at that time showed 2 occluded vessels; attempts at PCI were
unsuccessful.
The patient was scheduled for an outpatient exercise myocardial perfusion
study to assess functional capacity and ischemic burden.
