Clinical history
A 75 year-old man with CABG in 2002 presents with 2 weeks of atypical chest pain.
Had a normal stress echo 1 week ago, but the test was non-diagnostic due to failure to achieve target heart rate. Walked 5 minutes on the Naughton protocol. HR 66% of predicted max, stopped due to unsteadiness on feet.
Adenosine SPECT was performed.
