Clinical history
A 45 year-old man is seen in walk-in clinic for sudden onset of "anxious feeling" associated with shortness of breath and chest pressure.
PMH:
- PVC's and NSVT on Holter monitor in the past
- Heavy alcohol use
- Tobacco use, HTN, hyperlipidemia
Meds: ASA, HCTZ, ACE-I, statin
Exam: BP 153/88, HR 95, all else normal
Labs: ECG with NST changes, BMP normal, CBC normal except Hgb 17.3, Troponin-I normal
