Clinical history
An 86 year-old woman is admitted with acute shortness of breath.
She has a history of CAD and previous PCI.
Adenosine MIBI in 2003 was normal.
PMH includes: CRI, anxiety, atrial fibrillation s/p AV node ablation and pacemaker placement, pulmonary hypertension.
Adenosine myocardial perfusion imaging was performed.
