	Graduate Researcher UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN Ann Arbor, MI     2010 to present		My PhD work is modeling chemical systems for my two labs. Here I create and reengineer both all-atom and continuum solvent models for GROMACS, CHARMM, and OpenMM molecular simulators.     Design forcefields to mimic multi-component solvents     interacting with proteins and biomolecules     Convert old Fortran-90 code to CUDA for ultra-parallel     processing and a 30-fold speed increase     Research custom-built analytical programs to test     hypotheses and understand multi-terabyte datasets

	AutoDock Software Analyst KALAMAZOO COLLEGE Kalamazoo, MI     2009 to 2010		AutoDock is a free and accurate tool to model drug-protein interactions. Unfortunately it is always not user-friendly. I was the first at the college to use it for research.     Wrote tutorials for configuring drug-targeting software on     Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows     Researched inhibition drugs for the human liver protein     Cytochrome P450 2D6
	FDA Standard Operating Procedure Editor PALADIN MEDICAL Houlton, WI     2010		I updated and revised several hundred pages of standard operating procedures for a medical device legal consultant. Since we had a British client, I also made sure the FDA SOPs were in accordance with the EU Medical Device Vigilance Systems.
	Waiter LITTLE SZECHUAN St. Paul, MN     2010		I waited tables at one of the best-tasting Chinese restaurants in town. Now I can order Chinese food without a word of English.

	Chinese Interpreter HUDSON SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Hudson, WI     2009		A visiting vice principal from Harbin, China needed a translator, so I volunteered and interpreted for him during his stay.
	Geochemical Researcher STONY BROOK UNIVERSITY Stony Brook, NY     2008		During a summer internship at SUNY I synthesized the previously-theoretical Al-substituted 10 Å phase, which is a high-pressure product of talc and water. Along the way I was introduced to X-ray diffractometry and high-pressure physics.
