* PCA for Sides effects (i.e., directional asymmetry) now shows and saves scores of only one PC (any additional PC would account for zero variance, and it is therefore uninterpretable).
* Sage manual modified to reflect the fact that saved PC scores are computed by projecting all entries (replicates) in original dataset, as opposed to effect-specific averages (thanks to Stefan Van Dongen for bringing this to my attention).

02/08/2007 - Version 1.02:
