DECO RANCH

THE HOUSE

The Deco Ranch is a red brick ranch, west of Ann Arbor. It's name is derived partly from the art deco architectural features in the house, including cove cielings, glass block and bake light (early plastic) window tracks. A LABOR OF LOVE SINCE 1992: Once in a sad state of disrepair, it's still a challenge but is now a great place with many art deco architectural features. TWO ACRES: About half of which is naturalized and provides habitat for red tail fox, bluebirds, deer, pheasant and the occasional woodchuck.
