I've got to admit that this is my favorite picture of Miko. Granted, it's a pretty biased opinion I'm sporting, but that's why this is the first picture you see from here. Besides, the beanbag so cute!

A little more background is, perhaps, in order, however. Miko is a friend of mine who used to live around here. Since she's moved to Texas, I don't see her much, but I had several pictures of her... Back in the days when I was just discovering how to scan in pictures, and make them look reasonable, I spent some time scanning in a few pictures of Miko, and touching them up with my rudimentary knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. When I showed them to her, she seemed to think my maintaining a web page for her was a good thing... Personally, I think she just uses this page to show people from AOL what she looks like, but I don't have any objections to that. It gives me a little bit of advertising too, right?

Miko has expressed skepticism about the people who visit this page. In fact, she seems to think that she's the only person who ever sees this page.
