I am a graduate student in the philosophy department at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where I will receive my PhD in May 2008. Before moving to Ann Arbor, I was an undergraduate studying philosophy and literature at Texas Tech University.

My philosophical research focuses on issues in metaphysics, epistemology, and philosophy of language. My PdD thesis is on quidditism and its epistemic implications. On the side, I like to think about philosophy of science, philosophy of religion, and decision theory.

When not doing philosophy, I spend time learning about evolutionary biology and elementary physics. I also workout, stumble, and kick butt on COD4. I hope to someday have a small horse ranch... with chickens (for eggs, not meat!)
