What is your favorite snack food?

The answers (in order recieved):

  • Pepperoni sticks from Pizza House. Mmmmmmmmmm. Or if they don't qualify as a snack, then Oreos.

  • Smartfoods White Cheddar Popcorn

  • Does nibbling on my sweetheart's earlobe count? Oh my!

  • Doughnuts,

Anything that has chocolate as an ingredient
    My mom's cookies
    Any other cookies
    Sun Chips
The list goes on and on and on and on...

  • Lately it's been Veggie Booty (by Robert's American Gourmet), and Stoned Wheat Thins with Oasis tomato basil hummus. :) Apples are good too, granny smith. But anything cheesy is also fantastic, I'm all about the cheese...chips and salsa is another fave...and I recently became addicted to chocolate pretzels.

  • Hot & Spicy Cheese-it crackers! Mmm... So tasty... Just don't rub your eyes after eating them.

  • Kix....straight from the box.

  • "Box lunch at the Y", if you know what I'm saying. And the Mike's Hard Lemonade. Them're good.

  • Anything chocolate, esp. Ben & Jerry's ice cream

  • Hrm... this is a very interesting question for me. At one time I would have probably said EVERYTHING! but now I know better. I know a lot of the very visually appealing snack foods, like M&M's and cupcakes, don't taste as good as I think they will. So with that said, my favorite snack food is good chocolate. Or something that contains good chocolate. =)

  • babies.

  • Peanut Butter Cookies

  • Chocolate chips and pretzels... Yes at the same time. And no choclate covered pretzels aren't the same. Has to be semi-sweet chocolate chips and small pretzels. 2-3 chips per pretzel.

  • Chex Snack Mix, augmented by a generous portion of Goldfish Crackers.

  • ice cream....oh how I love ice cream...it is so creamy and flavorful and cold...you don't even have to chew it most of the time, how grand...I almost never buy it, but my parents' place is the snack food capital of the world, so I eat a lot of it when I go visit.

  • DORITOS

  • Carrots

  • Cottage cheese 'n' fruit

  • Anything chocolate or coated in chocolate.

  • Chester Cheetah's Triple Mix Popcorn. This was a staple of my high school experience. Unfortunately it seems to have disappeared from vending machines & gas stations.

  • Ooooh, it used to be Chee-tos, but I gave them up. I suppose it's popcorn.

  • Doritos

  • cheese, cheddar cheese pure and simple....

  • cold extra-butter microwaved popcorn

  • I absolutely love Original Cheetos...they have to be the crunchy official ones, though, because the health-food or cheap versions just don't hold a candle to the real thing. When I had surgery as a child, my father told me that afterwards, I could have anything I wanted as a reward -- so I told him I wanted a "giant" Cheeto. He never managed to get one, but every operation I've had since then, he has greeted me afterwards with a nice big bag. :^)

  • Cheese fries from Spot's...

  • This is your deepest, most difficult question to date. I'd like to say ice cream but that's really a desert. No, I think it's Cheetos. The crunchy kind. An oily, salty guilty pleasure best savored with a tall frosty root beer or Dr. Pepper.

  • White Cheddar Cheesits or Bugles

  • Chips and Salsa

  • Broiled chateaubriand with biarnaise sauce, served with a full-bodied Bordeaux

  • nachos, as in chips and cheese

    My answer:

Sesame sticks (stix?) from Trader Joe's. Mmmmm.... Though I find variety to be the most important thing in a snack. Right now I could really go for a nice tart orange.
